A1. All orders placed on Pre-Order (for shipped delivery) will be shipped on September 1, 2020 (NN's Official Launch Date).
A2. All orders placed on Pre-Order (for local delivery) will be delivered on the same day or the next business day, EXCLUDING SUNDAYS. Please monitor the contact method you left for updates on your specific order.

CUSTOMIZATION
Q. Does NN do customer customization?
A. NN is uniquely designed for the company with its logo and name engraved on the pieces. Therefore, no. It NN does not do customer customization.
CARE + HANDLING
Q. How do I care for my NN sunglasses?
A. In your package, you will receive your NN eyewear along with a cloth, to clean the lens and frame, and a pouch, to carry and store the glasses.

Q. Are all of your products available on your website?
A. In most cases, yes. If a product happens to be sold out, it will be shown so. Please refer to our social media pages (linked on the bottom of each page on the website) to know if + when the pieces will be back in stock.
